Welcome to The Employment Express, where we connect job seekers across North East India with employment opportunities both near and far. We’re a social impact startup launched in July 2024 under NE Talent Utopia Pvt. Ltd., dedicated to helping youth find meaningful careers and grow in today’s competitive world.

What We Do

We provide more than just job placements. Our free training programs, career counseling, and workshops prepare young people with the essential skills to succeed. So far, we’ve:

• Partnered with top colleges, National Career Service Centers, and global NGOs like Lions Club and Rotary Club.

• Hosted 5 job fairs and conducted 200+ grooming sessions, impacting over 15,000 youth.

• Successfully helped 600+ young people find jobs across various industries.

Our Mission and Vision

We believe in a brighter future for Northeast India. Our goal is to help 100,000 youth in the next 5 years through job placements, skill-building, and support for entrepreneurship. Our vision is to be the region's go-to employment service, driving lasting social and economic development.
